1. One Grissini at a time, wrap a slice of Parma Ham from the tip of the Grissini downwards, slowly turning the bread stick as you go. Take care when handling the Grissini, as they can be delicate and will snap if rolled too hard.
2. Once you have wrapped the whole slice of Parma Ham around the Grissini place onto a sharing board.
3. Repeat this process until you have the amount required for your Aperitivo.
4. Serve alongside some of your favourite Casalinga Antipasti, such as our Chargrilled Baby Artichokes and Cherry Peppers stuffed with Goats cheese… all washed down with a nice glass of red wine or Prosecco.
